Policy Details
At Vibes lab Parfums, we strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges in the following cases:

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    Exchanges are allowed only for defective products, including:
    • Damaged bottles.
    • Faulty spray nozzles or mechanisms.

  • Conditions for Exchange:
    • The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.

  • How to Request an Exchange:
    • Contact us at store@vibeslab.co or Line official @vibeslabparfums to report the defect.
    • Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Shipping Costs:
    • Vibes lab Parfums will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products that have been opened, used more than 10%, 
  • Non-defective items.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may provide store credit or a replacement of equal value.
